There are people who have beat this boss, beat it while playing for high scores even.

This mode is the hardest setting, it’s more for the highly skilled shooting game players.
If you’re new and unskilled at shooting games, this mode would probably be no fun.

I really don’t get …
I really don’t get the point of these bullet games. I find absolutelly no thrill in them. I really can’t come to even fathom what kind of enjoyment or sadistic pleasure you can find in them.

I like shooters, but this is not a shooter really. The main gameplay mechanic is not shooting but navigating a ludicrous ammount of flying projectiles that can become so dense as to not leave more than just the minimum possible room to pass through, one pixel more in any direction and you are toast.

Yep Gradius it’s so easy when compared to these types of games (when using limited continues that is) *because you could literally buy your way through otherwise* But horridly difficult by american game standards yeah and I love it.
